What Athletes Can Expect • 4 hours of focused on-ice skills training • Ice times: Saturday, July 18th (8:15AM-10:15AM) | Sunday, July 19th (9:30AM-11:30AM) Camp Structure and Curriculum Each day includes two hours of intensive on-ice training. All sessions are led by our expert team of hockey performance specialists, ensuring players train like the pros. • Hour 1 : Focused on refining skating mechanics, balance, and agility in a puck-free environment, allowing players to sharpen their technique and develop better body control. • Hour 2 : Players incorporate puck control skills
