Elevate Your Game with Apex Hockey’s High Performance Summer Camps Take your hockey skills to the next level this off-season with Apex Hockey’s week-long High Performance Summer Camps . As a global leader in elite skills training, Apex delivers an immersive 5-day program focused on technical power skating, posture and balance, puck skills, footwork agility, and rapid reaction—all in a high-energy, professional environment. What Athletes Can Expect • 10 total hours of focused on-ice skills training (2 hours per day, Monday–Friday) • Small groups (max 32 skaters) for high-quality instruction • Progressive curriculum that builds from fundamentals to game-speed application • Ice times: Monday, July 20th-Thursday, July 23rd (12:30PM-2:40PM) | Friday, July 24th (12:40PM-2:50PM) Camp Structure and Curriculum Each day includes two hours of intensive on-ice training.
