Description
Apex and HPH (Run by Cole Burton head coach of the CCHL's Carleton Place Canadians)are teaming up to deliver weekly skating and skills sessions this summer. The Program delivers a comprehensive weekly hockey development experience designed to help athletes elevate every aspect of their game in a high-energy, competitive, and in 5:1 Player to coach to player ratios environment. Throughout the program, players receive specialized instruction in key performance areas including power skating, edge control, acceleration, puck handling, passing accuracy, hockey IQ, and situational decision-making. Drills are designed to replicate real game scenarios, allowing athletes to improve their ability to react quickly, think strategically under pressure, and execute skills effectively at game speed.
